Shipping Information
Warm Weather Shipping:
During warmer months (May 1-Sept 30) we try to ensure that your chocolates arrive in good condition. We ship all chocolate orders with ice packs. All temperature sensitive items to be sent outside of Georgia will require Second Day or First Day Air. Although fudge is not temperature-sensitive it cannot be left in the sun.
NOTE: Hansel & Gretel can assume no risk for heat damage due to hot weather and can offer no refunds or replacements. Melting may occur due to shipping delays, packages left in the sun or other circumstances beyond our control.
Continental US:
We ship orders by United Parcel Service (UPS) every weekday. Orders are normally shipped the day it is received Monday through Thursday. Most deliveries are made in 1-4 weekdays. Cross-county deliveries require a little longer.
