Our Confectioners prepare our caramel in small batches, cooked over fire in copper kettles and then poured onto marble tables to cool.  They then hand-cut the caramels into bite-size pieces and drench them in rich milk chocolate and pack them for you to enjoy.  The chocolate caramel is usually the favorite piece in an assorted box.  We made your choice easier:  the entire box is chocolate caramels.  Caramels are also available in all dark chocolate
