Our caramels are cooked daily in copper kettles on our large gas stoves and poured to cool and cut into bite-size pieces.  When the caramels have cooled, they are hand dipped in rich milk chocolate, rich dark chocolate, or ivory chocolate and packed for shipping.  The caramel remains one of the favorites in any assorted chocolate box.  Why not take the mystery out of which piece is the caramel?  Get a boxful of caramels.
