Our delightful 15-truffle box of beautifully-crafted bear heads are almost too pretty to eat.  But you will, because they are so good.  We hand make the molded heads right in our chocolate production areas in our kitchens and hand fill the centers with our own truffle centers, also made right here.  Our 15-piece box includes a 4-flavor assortment:  Chocolate, mint, hazelnut, and raspberry-cinnamon.  Our 30 piece box also includes coffee, cherry, bourbon, and caramel centers, as well as the original four.  This is signature piece and was created to celebrate our 30th year in business in 2003.  The insert in the box explains the significance of the 30 footprints on the cover --- our 30 years in business at that time.  The 4-piece boxes are perfect for the small gift for any occasion.
