Who would believe such a powerful taste could be produced in such a simple piece of candy? Our almond butter toffee is prepared by our confectioners in our kitchens in Helen, Georgia, cooking in copper kettles on large gas stoves. When the batch reaches the perfect temperature, the cooks pour it onto 500-pound marble slabs to cool and be cut into bite-size pieces. When the pieces have been cooled, they are transported across the building to our chocolate room where they are coated with rich milk chocolate and dusted with chopped almonds for the perfect finish to a wonderful piece. This one is sure to delight you as it has delighted thousands of our guests each year. This is available in milk chocolate only. |
