All of our chocolates, including the centers, are made in our kitchens in Helen, Georgia, in public view.  You may see us preparing all of our candies.  Our one pound assortment of chocolates, approximately 32 pieces, includes:  creams, chocolate covered caramels, cordial cherries, nut clusters, toffee, chocolate molded pieces, and chocolate covered fruit jellies.  Our basic assortment is all milk chocolate, but you may request an assortment that includes semi-sweet (dark) chocolate of ivory chocolate pieces.  Some pieces, such as toffee are available in only milk chocolate, but you are certain to enjoy whichever combination you choose.

 

Our chocolates are boxed in gift boxes from our "Kollock" collection of boxes which includes one of four famous regional scenes and a brief description of that scene inside the box.  We want our visitors to enjoy our beautiful area.  When you receive our boxes at home, you will have an opportunity to enjoy our historic area just that much more and will be tempted to visit us.
