We have been producing our famous "Gourmet Peanut Brittle" since 1976; it was the first candy our company produced.  Today, we produce this wonderful, crisp confection in exactly the same way we did more that 30 years ago; in round pans and small batches.  To complete the presentation the packages are sealed with a common iron, just as David and Janet Jones did it originally.

 

We have produced countless tons of our brittle for sale in our shops, and you will enjoy having this shipped to your home.  Our confectioners know just how long to cook each batch to product the perfect crunch that is sure to delight you.  Each package contains two large discs of brittle, and a pound is 2 such packages.  Get enough to share with a friend.

 

After years of making peanut brittle, we added pecan brittle to our shops more than 12 years ago.  Our guests asked what took so long, and we have no answer.  We make both brittles every day, in the case of pecan brittle, with fresh Georgia pecan pieces.  We believe you will like the pecan brittle as much as the original peanut brittle, maybe even more.
