Our dessert apples are an incredible combination of large, crisp Granny Smith apple thickly coated with our homemade whipping cream caramel.  When the caramel has cooled, we give the apples a second coat, dipping them in rich milk chocolate or semi-sweet (dark) chocolate or in our ivory chocolate.  We then add chopped pecans, sliced almonds or any of a variety of other toppings.  We may even drizzle another chocolate on top of this, because you can't get too much of these good things.  Apples are shipped in pairs of you choice of toppings.
