"Cream & Butter" Fudge
 
This fudge is prepared in a huge stainless steel kettle and poured into pans to cool.  Our cream & butter fudge reminds a lot of folks of how Grandma used to make it.  You may purchase a variety of flavors, selecting as little as on-fourth pound of each flavor for a total of one and one-half pounds.  As with our "slab" fudge, we offer a wide variety of flavors and a different featured flavor each month, so you need to check often to see what seasonal flavor is available.  Aside from what one might consider to be "normal" fudge flavors, we offer chocolate cheesecake, pumpkin pie fudge, chocolate caramel, apple pie, and orange cream, to name a few.  Some are available on a seasonal basis only.
