3-Slice Assortment of our "Slab" Fudge

Slab fudge is cut into large slices, each approximately a half-pound!

This mouth-watering favorite is cooked on large gas stoves in copper kettles and then poured on 500-pound marble "slabs" to cool.  After cooling, the fudge loaves are worked by the fudge makers who flip the fudge repeatedly until it is just right.  Then they finish the fudge into a loaf to be cut into 1/2 pound slices, ready to be enjoyed.  You may pick from a large assortment of flavors or purchase 3 slices of your one favorite fudge.  With such favorites as Chocolate Pecan, Bavarian, Mississippi Mud, Peanut Butter, Maple Pecan, or Chocolate plain to name a few, picking only 3 flavors may not be that easy.
