Hansel & Gretel produces a wide variety of items that you are sure to enjoy, whatever the occasion. These chocolates are all produced in our chocolate production areas in our Helen, Georgia kitchens. Chocolate clusters are bite-size pieces made with our rich chocolates and nuts or other inclusions. Bark is the same combination spread into sheets and cut into chocolate-bar-size pieces. While both have the same ingredients, some folks prefer one over the other for personal reasons.

 

We produce a variety of chocolate covered pretzels, including mini pretzels, larger pretzels and pretzel rods. All provide a wonderful salty-sweet blend that your taste buds will find so appealing. Our parti pretzels (multi colored) are coated first with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, ivory chocolate, or peanut butter coating, and then finished with a variety of colored sprinkles or drizzle. You can have a real party with the "Parti" pretzels.

 

Our kitchens also produce "Puttin' on the Ritz," a combination of Ritz® Crackers and Jif® Peanut Butter covered in ivory chocolate and half-dipped in rich milk chocolate. We coat graham crackers with a variety of chocolates, and we coat and decorate Oreos with chocolate. We also produce a variety of pieces that are made with peanut butter in our Peanut Butter Assortment. Alpine crisp is made with crisped rice.
