David Jones, president of Hansel & Gretel Candy Kitchen was selected by Wiley Publishing, publishers of the popular "Dummies" line of books to write Candy Making for Dummies.  This book, containing 103 recipes and many techniques to assist the at-home candy maker in candy production, has been a big seller all over North America, as well as other parts of the world.

 

The book includes descriptions of needed utensils and ingredients as well as where to find them.  There are seasonal ideas, gifts ideas, and recipes for the kids, as well as many great recipes for every skill level.
